Quality guarantee

If you receive fabric that is defective, damaged, or does not match the listed specification, we will make it right. Email support@tychetex.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the fabric, and a short unboxing video.

Our team reviews all verified claims within 2 business days and arranges a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Custom bulk orders of 450m+ are non-returnable unless defective, and claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted. We recommend ordering sample yardage before committing to larger quantities.
